Anagram Puzzle

Hola,

I have an anagram puzzle foryou all today. First of all an anagram is a type of word play, the result of rearranging the letters of a word or phrase to produce a new word or phrase, using all the original letters exactly once.

I'll give you a phrase and then by rearranging the letters you will have to make a word (it can b more than one word also) that means the same or realtes to the phrase that I had given you before. Answers will be posted in a week.

Richard Wetherill

Salutations,

Is salutations a little too formal? Anyway, today I have a poem! I know you all have been thirsty for more writing. Enjoy!

Unraveling Mysteries

This, my friend,
Is a story of me,
Who am I?
You soon shall see.

Herding cattle,
Was what I was doin',
When I came across,
A massive ruin.

That year, I recall,
was 1888,
December 18th,
Was that historic date.

What did I do?
I was curious, you see,
So I explored the place,
with my brother-in-law, Charlie.

A lot of things we unearthed,
In that ghost city,
From clay bowls to baskets,
and even some mummies!

I sent some of my artifacts,
to the Smithsonian Institution in D.C.
They thought I was a fraud because,
I was no trained archaeologist, you see.

My life ended in 1910,
because of argument with a Navajo man,
He shot me with his gun,
and away he ran.

Now, years after my death,
My artifacts are displayed,
My hard work is recognized,
and I am praised.

You must be wondering,
who am I?
I am no one but Richard Wetherill,
and now I must say goodbye!

The End

This was actually an assignment we had to do. We read a story about Richard Wetherill and then we had to write a poem ten lines or longer and I came up with this.
Hope you liked it!

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!....and Editing!

Good Afternoon to the People Who Follow My Blog,

How are all of you guys doing today? I am fine and absolutely sorry for not posting for a very, very, very. long time. I just wanted to wish all of you guys a very, very Merry Christmas! (I know I am 1 day late.)

I also wanted to mention that in school, because of my OUTSTANDING SKILLS using computers and my writing skills, my teacher picked me to be one of the editors of our classroom newsletters. (This news is a little old, but anyways. ) I have to say, our newsletters are looking pretty good. (Maybe even the best of all of the previous ones!) :)

I'll also make it a point to blog more often! Once again, Happy Holidays and a very Merry Christmas, A Belated Christmas!

Adios,
Suchi
